These warmongering states (and groups, in the case of the Knights of the Watch) are dangers to Velunan freedom and prosperity. Their weapons are terror and fear on a massive scale, wishing to bring those they deem unequal under their yoke. Do not fear. Veluna is strong. Rao, our protector, keeps us ever vigilant against these dangers.
